Terms of Service

By accessing and using Jobbie's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Jobbie is an automated job application service. You provide your profile, resume, and job preferences, and Jobbie discovers matching roles and submits applications on your behalf to third-party job boards and applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and Ashby). The service includes:

• One-click and automatic application submission (Autopilot) on your behalf
• AI-tailored cover letters generated for each role
• AI resume tailoring and generation
• Smart job matching based on your role, location, salary, and skills
• Application tracking, including the answers submitted on your behalf

When you apply through Jobbie — whether manually or via Autopilot — you authorize Jobbie to act as your agent and submit applications to third-party job boards and employers using the information in your profile, including your resume, contact details, work history, and your answers and preferences. AI may be used to complete screening questions and generate cover letters or tailored resumes from the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for ensuring you are eligible and authorized to apply to the roles you target. Jobbie does not control, and is not responsible for, the policies, decisions, or hiring outcomes of any third-party job board or employer.

Jobbie does not guarantee that you will get a job, receive an interview or job offer, or achieve any particular employment outcome. This applies to all Jobbie services, including free and paid plans, Boost options, and application top-ups. You are paying for access to the service and application submissions, not a guaranteed job. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

Cover letters, tailored resumes, and screening-question answers are produced with AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies despite our efforts to keep them grounded in the information you provide. AI-generated content is provided for your use and review. You are responsible for reviewing applications and AI-generated content for accuracy before they are submitted, and for the content of any application made on your behalf. Jobbie is not liable for errors in AI-generated content or for any consequences arising from submitted applications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Jobbie is billed in applications. One application equals one job application that Jobbie submits on your behalf. If an application fails to process, that application is automatically refunded to your balance. New web memberships offer Monthly at $29.99 per month or 3 months at $79.99 paid upfront every three months. Monthly includes 1,000 applications/mo; 3 months includes 1,500 applications/mo. Both include Autopilot Max, AI resume tailoring and editor, priority job matching, and one-click applications. The three-month membership also includes a free one-on-one coaching call. Eligible users can start a seven-day trial that renews to the membership selected at checkout; the renewal price and cancellation terms are disclosed there. Existing Starter, Pro, Power, and Boost subscribers retain their current subscription prices, allowances, and features unless they voluntarily change or cancel their plan. One-time application top-ups may also be purchased. Prices, any applicable discount, and the renewal terms are shown at checkout.

New accounts may be offered a one-time seven-day free trial. New trials renew to the membership selected at checkout — Monthly at $29.99 per month or 3 months at $79.99 every three months — and require a valid payment method up front. During the trial you receive the membership’s application allowance and Autopilot runs without a daily limit. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged the renewal price disclosed at checkout and on each renewal thereafter until cancelled. Existing legacy trials retain the renewal terms shown when they started. Cancel from your account billing settings before the trial ends to avoid being charged. The trial is limited to one per account.

By purchasing a paid plan you authorize Jobbie to charge your payment method on the billing schedule disclosed at checkout until you cancel. New web memberships renew monthly or every three months; the three-month charge is collected in full upfront, with 1,500 applications/mo. A voluntary switch to a new web membership is scheduled for your next renewal, with your existing terms preserved until then. Legacy subscriptions keep their existing billing cadence and terms unless changed or cancelled. Manage plan changes and cancellations through your account billing settings.

Applications that fail to process are automatically refunded to your application balance — you are only charged for applications that actually go through. Beyond these automatic refunds, you may request a refund of a subscription charge within 24 hours of payment by contacting hello@jobbie.bot from the email address on your account. This 24-hour refund window applies only if you have not yet used any of the applications included with that charge; once you have used one or more applications from a billing period, the charge for that period is non-refundable. After 24 hours, subscription charges are non-refundable. Unused applications do not expire while your plan is active, but they do not roll over indefinitely after cancellation and are not redeemable for cash. Cancelling a plan stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction, without giving any reason. Because Jobbie is a digital service that we supply immediately, by subscribing you expressly request and consent that we begin providing the service — including delivering your application allowance — right away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw while the service has only been partially performed, you may be charged an amount proportionate to what has already been provided. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@jobbie.bot from the email address on your account. This right is in addition to the automatic refunds and the 24-hour subscription refund window described above.

If you subscribe through our iOS app, your subscription is an auto-renewable in-app purchase processed by Apple and billed to your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) after purchase. One-time application top-up packs purchased in the iOS app are consumable in-app purchases and do not renew. iOS prices may differ from prices on our website. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies — contact Apple Support to request one.

All content and functionality on Jobbie is the exclusive property of Jobbie and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Resumes, cover letters, and other documents generated for you from your own information remain yours to use.

Jobbie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Jobbie is not responsible for the outcome of job applications, the accuracy of job listings, the decisions of employers or job boards, or errors in AI-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobbie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
