What is job search autopilot?

Autopilot is Jobbie’s hands-free mode. You set your preferences once — the roles, locations, salary and match quality you want — and Jobbie keeps working in the background: pulling in newly posted jobs, picking the ones that fit you best, and submitting the applications.

It takes over the part of a job search that burns people out: checking job boards every morning and retyping the same details into application after application. Timing matters too. Strong roles fill quickly, and Autopilot keeps checking for new ones every day so you apply while they’re still open.

What Autopilot does on every run

• Pulls in fresh roles that match your titles, industries, locations and salary
• Skips jobs below your match threshold and jobs you’ve already applied to
• Fills every field of each application from your profile
• Answers custom screening questions from your real experience
• Uploads your resume — or, with Autopilot Max, a resume tailored to that job
• Logs each application in your dashboard with the answers that were sent

You stay in control

Autopilot never locks you in. Pause it, change your preferences or switch it off at any time from the web or the Jobbie mobile app. Raise your match threshold if you only want your strongest matches, and exclude keywords or companies you never want to apply to.

Autopilot and Autopilot Max

Both new memberships include Autopilot Max: before each application it creates a resume tailored to that job description from your real experience, and submits that version instead of your standard resume. (Indeed applications always use the resume on your Indeed account.)
