How AI auto-apply works
When you press Apply, Jobbie opens the application on the employer’s own hiring system, reads every question on the form, and fills it in from your profile: contact details, work history, education, links, work authorization and voluntary self-identification questions.
Custom screening questions — “Why do you want to work here?”, “How many years of Python experience do you have?” — are answered by AI from your actual resume and profile, never with invented experience. Then Jobbie uploads your resume and submits.
It all runs on Jobbie’s servers, so there’s nothing to install and no browser tab you need to keep open.
Auto apply vs. autofill extensions
Autofill browser extensions still need you to open every job, click through every page and press submit yourself. Jobbie completes the application from start to finish — including multi-page Workday applications that make you create an account first — so you can apply from your phone as easily as from your laptop.

Does auto apply send the same application to every job?
No. Jobbie reads each form and answers that employer’s questions individually, using your profile and the job itself. Autopilot Max, included in both new memberships, also tailors your resume to each job description.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Jobbie runs in the cloud. Use it on the web at jobbie.bot or in the iPhone and Android apps.
How much does it cost to auto apply?
Each submitted application uses one application from your plan, whether the form is short or full of custom questions. The Free plan includes 25 applications and paid plans start at $19 a month. Applications that can’t be completed are refunded automatically.
Can I review applications before they’re submitted?
Yes. Turn on Editor mode and applications wait for your approval, where you can send them as they are or edit the answers first.
